A 2-in-1 washer-dryer has two systems that can go wrong: the wash side (same faults as any front-load machine) and the dry side, which adds a heating element, thermostat and condenser or vent.
The most common complaint we get is 'it washes fine but doesn't dry properly' — usually a blocked condenser/vent or a failing heating element, not the whole unit. We diagnose which system is at fault before quoting, so you're not paying to fix the wrong thing.
