Checking fee & quotes
A checking fee from RM60 applies for a technician to diagnose your appliance on-site. We will always provide a firm quote before starting any repair work — you are never charged for repair work you haven't approved.
Warranty
Repairs are covered by a 1-month warranty on the part and labour for the specific issue we fixed. This warranty does not cover new, unrelated faults, misuse, or damage occurring after our repair.
Appointments & booking
Booking requests submitted via WhatsApp or our online form are not confirmed until we reply to confirm a time slot. Same-day availability depends on your area and current technician schedules. We'll always let you know if a requested time isn't available and offer the nearest alternative.
Repair vs. replace recommendations
Where a repair isn't cost-effective compared to replacing the appliance, our technician will tell you so honestly before any work begins. The decision to proceed is always yours.
