Top Load Repair
Top Load Washing Machine Repair
Agitator not turning, gearbox noise, timer stuck, or won't drain — our technicians know the common failure points on top-load machines from Samsung, LG, Panasonic and other brands.
Top-load machines are still the most common type in Malaysian homes, and they fail in fairly predictable ways: the agitator or pulsator stops turning, the gearbox gets noisy, or the timer/selector dial stops advancing through the cycle.
Because the motor and transmission sit underneath the tub, most top-load repairs don't require pulling the whole machine apart — which usually keeps labour time, and cost, lower than a front-load repair for a comparable fault.
Top Load Repair issues we fix
Agitator/pulsator not turning
Often a worn drive belt or a stripped agitator dog/coupler — an inexpensive part in most cases.
Gearbox noise or grinding
Indicates worn gears inside the transmission — we inspect before recommending a full gearbox swap.
Timer stuck or not advancing
A worn mechanical timer or a faulty selector switch — common on older top-load models.
Won't drain / overflows
Usually a blocked drain pump or a faulty lid switch preventing the pump from engaging.
