We charge a checking fee from RM60 for the technician to diagnose the fault on-site. You'll get an upfront quote before any repair work starts — no surprise charges. If you go ahead with the repair, ask us about the checking fee being absorbed into the job (confirm current policy on WhatsApp).

Yes — repairs come with a 1-month warranty covering the part and labour for the issue we fixed. If the same problem returns within that period, contact us and we'll sort it out.

Usually yes, if the machine is under 7–8 years old and the fault isn't the motor/main control board. Our technician will give you an honest repair-vs-replace recommendation on-site, based on the age, part cost, and condition — not a sales pitch.

It depends on the cause. A blocked vent, faulty thermostat, or dirty condenser coil is a cheap, quick fix. A failing compressor or refrigerant leak costs more. Our technician diagnoses on-site and quotes both scenarios before doing any work.
